Accompanied home finding program:

·       perform the needs assessment

·       contact the relevant real estate agents in order to receive actual offers

·       schedule appointments for viewings

·       send the itinerary to the assignee and to Settle Service 1 working day before the viewings

·       accompany the assignee during the viewings

·       negotiate the lease conditions, including rental price

·       screen the rental contract on agreements made

·       support the signing of the rental contract and coordinates the initial payments

·       give advice on and connection of utilities and telecom facilities.

Connection of utilities/telecom:

·       coordinate the connection of utilities

·       advise which telecom provider is optimal in the assignee’s situation

·       advise which telecom package is optimal in the assignee’s situation

·       coordinate the most speedy connection of telecommunication.

Move-in inspection:

·       coordinate the appointment for the move-in inspection

·       make sure that the owner and/or his respresentative are present during the move-in inspection

·       accompany the assignee during the move-in inspection.
