 LOCAL REGISTRATION:

inform on social security requirements

inform about required documents and procedure

inform on legalization of documents

coordinate appointment

accompany the assignee during the appointment.

 OPEN BANK ACCOUNT: 

coordinate the opening of a bank account and the rental deposit formalities.

MEDICAL SERVICES:

find a doctor for the assignee (+ spouse/family) and provide clear instructions on the procedure

find a dentist for the assignee (+ spouse/family) and give clear instructions on the procedure

provide directions to a nearby pharmacy

find a nearby hospital and instruct the assignee on how to handle in emergency cases.

EXCHANGE OF DRIVER'S LICENSE:  

give clear instructions about the necessity to exchange the driver’s license

provide the assignee with information on procedure and required documents

coordinate possible appointments.

INSURANCE ADVICE:

advise on which insurances are compulsory

provide the assignee with 2 or 3 relevant addresses.
