provide the assignee with complete instructions for the move-out

if applicable, provide information on vehicle sale and deregistration, unsubscribe school.

LEASE CANCELLATION:

assist with cancellation of the lease.

MAINTENANCE and CLEANING SERVICES:

provide professional cleaning contacts for free quotes

provide maintenance contacts for free quotes (heating, boiler, garden, chimney ...).

VARIOUS CANCELLATIONS:

cancel utilities (gas, electricity, water)

cancel insurances (home, liability..)

cancel alarm, monitoring..

cancel Telecom packages, mobile..

arrange change of address for all cancelled services.

MOVE-OUT INSPECTION:

coordinate appointment with assignee, owner, expert

assist / represent assignee at the move-out inspection and negotiate about possible dilapidations.

LOCAL DEREGISTRATION:

offers assistance with de-registration at local and immigration authorities

inform about procedure and required documents

coordinate appointment and accompany the assignee during the appointment.

BANK ACCOUNT and RENTAL DEPOSIT:

coordinate the closing of the bank account(s)

handle the release of the rental deposit.
